Hello Again,
I can't believe that the same guy who made Porky's, one of the funniest movies ever, also made Superbabies 2, one of the worst movies, ever!.....I also can't believe Howard Stern, as part of his movie deal, will remake Porky's.....Why?.....I've made references in the past to my friend Lorna, who is a budding actress.....She's quite attractive, 5-7, long straight blonde hair, turns many heads when she walks into a room.....She's also about 80% legs.....We call her Gumby.....The doorman at Club Forty Deuce on Melrose also participates in UFC.....Don't piss him off.....UFC is outlawed in California.....On a good night, said doorman takes home over $1000 in tips.....Where do I apply?.....I love Marie Callender's pot pies.....Could this possibly be the Braves' year?.....Prolly not.....In the early 90's, a stripper in Northern California ran for state assembly.....She didn't win, but got lots of votes & attention.....She must have had a loyal following.....True fact: the huge Mormon Temple (Tabernacle?) in Salt Lake City, is CLOSED on Sundays!.....It's not an actual place of worship.....I don't know what they do there, only LDS members are permitted entry.....Sign of the weird times: Ron Reagan, son of the 40th President, goes to the Democratic Convention, and Michael Moore gets a press credential to the Republican Convention.....I hope someday to see Belize & the Panama Canal.....If I had been an Academy member back in 1939, I also would have voted for Robert Donat over Clark Gable.....If you haven't seen Goodbye, Mr. Chips, Donat's Oscar-winning film, you are in for a supreme treat.....It will tug at your heart in ways Gone With The Wind could never do.....You may have a tear or two trickling down your face at the end.....If not for a bad referee's call, the USC-Virginia Tech game last Saturday might have had a different outcome.....That blown call for all intents & purposes took the Hokies out of the game.....What's a Hokie?.....You read it here in August: USC will NOT win the national championship.....Did anyone else notice that the Olympic Flame in Athens looked like it was a burning joint?
