Karl Rove is the Chuck Colson of the Bush Administration.....If those men on the boat with John Kerry dispute the legitimacy of his medals, why did they accept theirs?.....They were in the same battles.....I feel sorry for Rory Kennedy, daughter of the late Robert F. Kennedy.....In addition to never knowing her father, JFK Jr, his wife & sister-in-law perished on their way to her wedding.....A lot of strange, creepy people in chat rooms.....What happened last week in Russia made me heartsick.....Local authorities say that it's just a matter of time until an act of terrorism is attempted, if not committed, in Los Angeles.....Thanks for the assurance, guys.....Al Qaeda's hatred of Hollywood is well established.....The Christian Right & many Republicans also share that same hatred.....Just wondering, God has something to do with that?.....While channel-surfing earlier tonight, I saw televangelist Jack Van Impe claiming to have information about terrorists sending their kids to private schools in America to pull off an act of mass terrorism.....He didn't elaborate further.....He said you have to wait until next week.....Instead of making people wait, and trying to sell some book or vial of holy water, or whatever else he has stored in his warehouse, shouldn't he be sharing that information with the authorities?.....Just wondering.....I'm grateful to my parents, among many things, for not forcing any kind of religion on me or my siblings.....If we wanted to go to church with friends when we were kids, they were fine with that.....My older sister is a practicing Methodist, a choice she made on her own.....My older brother isn't practicing any religion, but was married in a Lutheran Church, mainly to please his wife's parents.....He and his wife don't make their kids go to any church, either.....On Sunday mornings, I either sleep or watch TV.....And no one who matters to me thinks any less of me.....Harry Truman once said that people who try to play God get into trouble sooner or later.....Ask G. Gordon Liddy or Oliver North about that.....Or Chuck Colson.....Prediction for tonight: New England Patriots (-3) 30, Indianapolis Colts 17.
